'Hawk' has an arsenal of sayings intended to make him sound like a Southern huckster. 'He gone' is one of these. The sayings are obnoxious, but I'm sure he is not being malicious.

Rex Hudler, aka Hud, has some annoying 'isms during Angel telecasts. He likes to say "He got to go" in response to a guy maybe taking a third strike or getting picked off. But then he sort of forgets himself and uses it other times too.
